We deliver to the address of your choice (home, workplace, holidays ...), in France but also worldwide.

Your order is processed upon validation, Monday to Friday. Therefore, please note that no change of delivery address can not be made after placing your order.

The average time to receive your order in France is 4 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Home delivery :
Your package is given to you in person. If you are not present (e), the driver will leave a notice that will allow you to retrieve the package from the post office to which you belong. Feel free to have it delivered to the office if you are not at home or even at aneighbor or friend.

What is the rate of delivery So Colissimo?
For orders less than 50 €, the delivery rate is (see table below) by So Colissimo (including processing, packaging, shipping, delivery and follow-up of your order).
For orders above 50€ order, your delivery package is Free and includes processing, packaging, shipping, delivery and monitoring of your order.

Do not live in France and you want to be delivered in your country? We offer the service Colissimo Expert International.
The goods will be delivered against signature. It will take between 4 and 10 days for delivery..

You ordered an article that finally you do not like, or you simply changed your mind?
We promise to refund you.
Refunds will be taken into account if the item is returned in conditions for resale within 14 days of its receipt.
In times of "sales" the return time is 7 days.
To avoid errors, do not hesitate to ask for advice by telephone at 01.45.47.40.04

How to return their purchases and be reimbursed?
To start, you need to contact customer service by email or by phone to inform them of your return.
Then, simply return your item in the packaging enclosing the delivery note you received and surrounding items you are returning.

Upon receipt of the package, our quality department will assess the state of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the returned product is damaged and/or if the product is rendered unfit for sale. All returned items must therefore include all of its original labels (barcode, composition) and be returned in its original packaging perfectly intact.
If your return is refused, you will be notified by email. This should not happen if you have met the conditions for return of the goods.
If your return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded to the bank account corresponding to the credit card used for payment of the order within 15 days from receipt of your return through our logistics center.

The refund is made by bank transfer.
The return fees are your responsibility. We only refund the price of the invoiced items. Except of course if the error is attributable to Evoleum, in which case we will refund also the cost of return. Be sure to retain proof of filing your package delivered by post. No refund will be made without the filing of evidence.

Warning: For the warehouse can expedite the receipt of your return, so as to validate your refund, your delivery note is required. Without it, we will not be able to identify the command that you had passed and therefore to reimburse you.
